The three Nephites were promised a fulness of joy for being willing to suffer sorrow for the sins of the world, to bring the souls of men unto Christ while the world shall stand.
Likewise, I look back with peculiar delight upon the scenes that early Latter-day Saints passed through, the privations they endured, the untiring zeal that they manifested, the all but insurmountable difficulties that they overcame in laying the foundation of a work that brought about the glory and blessing which I realize.
Am I willing to show evidence of my love by suffering?
